Microsoft Word's Shortcut keys

 Shortcut keys in Word allow for faster document creation,   editing, and formatting by using keyboard combinations instead   of the mouse. 

 Firstly select your text in word file than use below mention shortcut keys
    1. Ctrl + N ---->   To open new word file
    2. Ctrl + O ---->   To open existing word file in a device
    3. Ctrl + S  ---->  Save your word file
    4. Ctrl + Z  ---->  Undo the last editing things of word file
    5. Ctrl + Y  ---->  Redo the last editing things of word file
    6. Ctrl + B  ---->  Make text bold
    7. Ctrl + I   ---->  Italicize text
    8. Ctrl + U  ---->  Make underline to text
    9. Ctrl + Shift + > ---->  To increase the size of font
    10. Ctrl + Shift + < ---->  To decrease the size of font
    11. Ctrl + Shift + P  ---->  To open font edition menu
    12. Ctrl + L  ---->  Aline your text to left side
    13. Ctrl + E  ---->  Aline your text to center
    14. Ctrl + R  ---->  Aline your text to right side
    15. Ctrl + J  ---->  Gives justify alignment to your text
