Microsoft Word's Shortcut keys
Shortcut keys in Word allow for faster document creation, editing, and formatting by using keyboard combinations instead of the mouse.
Firstly select your text in word file than use below mention shortcut keys
- Ctrl + N ----> To open new word file
- Ctrl + O ----> To open existing word file in a device
- Ctrl + S ----> Save your word file
- Ctrl + Z ----> Undo the last editing things of word file
- Ctrl + Y ----> Redo the last editing things of word file
- Ctrl + B ----> Make text bold
- Ctrl + I ----> Italicize text
- Ctrl + U ----> Make underline to text
- Ctrl + Shift + > ----> To increase the size of font
- Ctrl + Shift + < ----> To decrease the size of font
- Ctrl + Shift + P ----> To open font edition menu
- Ctrl + L ----> Aline your text to left side
- Ctrl + E ----> Aline your text to center
- Ctrl + R ----> Aline your text to right side
- Ctrl + J ----> Gives justify alignment to your text
